Why is my phone slowing when connecting to the internet?

Hello!i have a samsung galaxy a7 single sim and everytime i connect to the internet, my phone slows down for 10-15 seconds, then comes back to normal.I think there is a problem with messenger, because frequently i get a notification saying that messenger crashed more than 10 times a week and asks for it's deinstallation.please help!

Hi, what messaging app are you using? when you say connecting to the internet, do you mean when you enable WiFi the phone crashes?

I am using messenger for facebook.And the phone doesn't slow down if i enable wifi, only if i connect to a network.

It's not your phone. Facebook app causes a multitude of problems on devices. Until they sort out the bugs, there's not much that can be done

Yeah, but my friends' phones(s5 neo, s6, samsung galaxy ace 4) are not slowing down, so i think there is an incompatibility with a7.
