Why is my Samsung Galaxy S4 flashing Samsung GALAXY S4 GT-I9500?

Samsung Galaxy S4 flashing "Samsung GALAXY S4 GT-I9500"

So guys, I've encountered a very frustrating problem. My Samsung Galaxy S4 automatically flashes "Samsung GALAXY S4 GT-I9500" when I put on the battery without pressing the power key. That's not all, I've tried charging it, insert it on to a computer/laptop and tried to reboot it using the Power Key+Volume Up+Home Button. It only flashes the battery logo or "Samsung GALAXY S4 GT-I9500". I searched on the internet on how to fix this problem but it seems nobody has an accurate answer yet. Hoping for you guys to have one.

Welcome to Android Central! So it's just freezing at the logo? Have you tried a new battery?

It doesn't freeze, no samsung logo is seen but the model of the phone. It flashes and blinks.. Yes, I've tried. Same issue
