why is Samsung GTN5100 blinks and turning off automatically recently?

I have a samsung N5100 8 inch tab purchased in India in 2013. It was working fine untill few days back and suddenly the screen has started blinking and the tab gets switched off after that. Then it doesnt turn on for a long time. Even if it does, it doesnt catch mobile network. Even when its fully charged, the battery drains away like in 2 hrs. Can some one help me with what should I do?

It sounds like there is some kind of short int he tablet. You can try contacting Samsung to find a service center to have it looked at.
