Why is my Samsung J7+ LED flash stopped working

[Android Central Question]

Two days ago, the LED flash indicator has stopped working. It does not turn in red light whenever the battery is below 15% or turn green after I received a chat message and blue if someone missed call my number that it normally does. Please help. When I dialed the *#0*#, and picked the LED, the light did not appear when it says RED, GREEN, BLUE. Please help. Thank you.
