Why is my screen zoomed in too much on a certain game?

[Android Central Question]

I was playing sky: children of light on my samsung galaxy a71 5G. My screen is zoomed in to the point where I can't read some texts towards the bottom portion of my screen (horizontal). It was like that since I downloaded the game.The resolution is also surprisingly low despite my phone normally running well on other games. I checked full screen apps and tried a few things, but it didn't work. I'm hopefully looking to get some answers that don't involve getting a whole new phone as that's not an option.
