Why is the reactivation lock option missing in my S5 security settings?

I have a rooted AT&T Samsung SM-G900A. I recently restored my device from a stock firmware downloaded off the internet. However when I look in the security settings there is no option to turn on or off a reactivation lock. However my knox indicator in download mode says that the reactivation lock is on. Why can't I find the reactivation lock option in my settings?
