Why is the Wi-Fi not working on Wi-Fi calling on the S9

Is it a T-Mobile S9 or an unlocked S9? (Wifi calling usually only works with the carrier's phone.) If it's a T-Mobile branded phone, bring it into T-Mobile and ask them for help.
