Why isn't my Note 3 sm-n9005 connecting to my Windows 7 laptop?

note 3 sm-n9005 is not connecting to laptop windows 7

I have installed correct drivers as per kies website but no luck. I have reinstall kies 3 again correct version as per kies website but no luck.

any help please.

Have you tried a different cable? A different USB port on the laptop? A different computer? There's a problem there - somewhere - but you have to narrow it down a bit.
