Why my phone's screen flick when I unlock using fingerprint?

Whenever I unlock my phone using fingerprint sensor , it flicks on 3rd party launchers.
Not on default one..

It flicks on downloaded launchers set as default one but not on stock launcher.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone, and which 3rd party launcher? It's probably some kind of minor glitch -- I would send feedback to the launcher developer about it.
