Why my samsung m21 storage is always full??

Even though i always delete duplicated images and videos in the phone it always shows storage full. And its with an internal space of 64 GB and 4 RAM, even resetting does not help, should i format my phone or any other way to free my phone storage

When you go into settings and check your storage what does it say is eating up your space? Do you have loads of photos and videos or music files on board? Do you save your photos to cloud storage like OneDrive or Google Photos? I would look there first and then get back to us.

Yahh photos are saved to google photos

Hi, maybe try removing it then reboot see if everything ok sometimes they can get corrupt and cause issues, any apps data used towards it?
