Why my wifi is on even with "keep wifi on during sleep" set to "never" (Nexus 5, marshmallow)

Hello

After I have upgraded my Nexus 5 to Android 6.0 my wifi never turns off when my screen turns off. I tried every settings for "keep wifi on during sleep", I have turned off WiFi scanning in localization options. My WiFi os on all the time. (To be more precise, I can see in my router logs, that sometimes it disconnects, then after few seconds it connects again).

When I have Android lollipop, WiFi turned off instantly with the screen.

Because of that my phone uses much more battery than it could.

I'm having tons of issues with my WiFi too

welcome to the club.... something is up and they need to fix this ****. My battery life has gone to **** since M. No bueno.
