Why no Twitter for split window?

Question! I have a Note4 and a Note10.1 2014...both of which allow me to use Twitter in the split window view. However...my TabS 8.4 doesn't appear to allow Twitter to be used in split window view.
Am I maybe missing how to add it? Or is this just reality?

Its there now!

Does my nut in that more apps arent available on split window. I use it quite often.
