my coolpad arise android wont restart properly after getting amazon spam messages

attempted factory reset first, now tried restart a few times

Welcome to Android Central! What kind of spam messages were they? Were they popups? Did you tap on any links, and did anything seem to install afterwards? That kind of thing is usually either adware or malware--chances are it wasn't really Amazon sending you those messages.

What happened after the factory reset?

My coolpad phone is either freezing or taking to long to reboot
