Why won't my LG GPad 7.0 get the Lollipop update?

why won't my LG Gpad 7.0 get the lollipop udate?

tried a master reset, have over 10gb of dvc memory available, but my device still states no updates are availab;e device is up to date, but is currently showing 4.4.2 kitkat, not 5.0 lollipop

I'm having the same issue, nobody at AT&T seems to have an answer for me other than a factory reset. I just did a reset and it didn't solve the problem.
