My Note 4's Smart network switch won't automatically switch between wi-fi & mobile networks.

Help,
My Samsung Galaxy Note 4's Smart network switch won't automatically switch between wi-fi & mobile networks. What can I do to fix this?

I have wifi troubles with my phone at work and turn this on and it works fine on my Verizon phone. Not sure what to tell you. Can you tell us more about your setup?
