Why won't my phone charge?

[Android Central Question]

My Samsung 6-S has stopped charging. Firstly, charging it with the usual cable stopped working. I suspect that this is because of some problem with the USB port. I used my wireless charger successfully for several days until that too stopped working.

Have you made sure the charger port is clean ? Have you tried safe mode see if goes back to normal?

I have created an account per your recommendation. I have cleaned the charger port. I don't know about safe mode. Currently, the phone is at 6% and on Ultra Power Saving Mode.

Once it chargers up to 60% then test safe mode , see if it's still a issue

Have you tried another cable and charger?

Yes. I have tried 3 cables and a wireless charger.

Then I would recommend taking to phone repair center .

Welcome to Android Central! The battery might be on its way out. I agree with mustang7757, bring it to a repair shop.
