Why won't my S3 ring in my pocket?

Help! My S3 won't ring in my pocket.

ATT just upgraded my software. Since then, the phone won't ring when it is in my pocket. I can turn off the screen and look at the phone, and it will ring, but if I put it away, the call goes straight to voicemail. Please advise.....anybody?

Try Phone>Menu>Settings. I think there is a pocket mode in there somewhere.

I've looked and looked, and there's nothing at least by that name.
