wifi cannot connect with an "authentication problem" error, but wifi connects on airplane mode

Wifi cannot connect with an "authentication problem" error, but wifi connects on airplane mode.

The device is:
Alcatel A3 XL
Model number: 9008X
Andriod 7.0

I have searched on Internet. It looks this is a very common problem with Android 7.0 phones.

The problem is Wifi works well on Airplane mode. Once not on Airplane mode, it works rarely. This is very painful.

Any good solutions that it works always?

Try turning airplane mode off and also turning Bluetooth off. If that fixes it, it's Bluetooth interfering with Wifi - they're on the same band, but shouldn't interfere with each other, but they do on some phones. (All airplane mode does is turn off all the radios in the phone.)
