Wifi Hotspot After OTA ICS Update & Re-Root?

Even though my phone was unrooted after the OTA ICS update, the entitlement check (on line 150 now) is still set to 0, but yet AT&T must have been alerted when i used the hotspot feature.

They emailed me saying they noticed i used the hotspot feature and KINDLY encouraged me to switch over to another plan in order to use it.

Now that I'm rooted again, what else do i need to do?
