Wifi login page cached

[Android Central Question]

Hello, i'm having problems connecting to any public wifi network since about a month.
I made a trip to other country ans I connected to some networks there.

Now when I connect to any public network, first, the login page will not automatically pop-up and second, it's always sending me to the same address.
I reckon it's and old login from my trip due to the domain of that country.

It says that the connection was timed out because it can't find that address, logically.

I've restarted my phone, cleared cache, etc... And nothing works, do you guys have any insight?

My phone is a Redmy 9 note pro

Android version: 10QKQ1.191215.002
