Not sure if this matters to anyone, but in the directory data/wifi there is a file bcm_supp.conf that will show you the SSID and password of any wifi networks your phone has remembered

I came across this while roaming through my device.

This might be useful to know I suppose

It's saved like that on all devices, just easily accessible if you're rooted. As long as you know what programs you're installing and what they have permissions to it shouldn't be too much of a worry.
 
Yeah. I don't think there's much to worry about either.
I just thought it would be cool to know where to find that info in the event you needed it for whatever reason.

This is important to know, for all the reasons I stated in the ROM's and Hacks sticky about passwords. Good job finding yet another example of a clear text password.
