Will a Verizon SG3 work with other simcards?

Hey guys

Im really interested in the SG3 but I was wondering will it work with other sim cards from other networks?
And if I can get it unlocked will I still be able to use the 4G LTE services from Verizon and all the SG3's good stuff provided from Verizon?

I just need your generally advice...
I want a SG3 from Verizon but I travel a lot and need to use OTHER sim cards from different networks.
What should I do?

Theres a lot of info out there on this and I would suggest doing some general searching but....The short answer is that currently the verizon GS3 is not able to work on other networks. Verizon has stated that an update is coming that will enable global use and sim unlock but for now its a no go....officially. If your are desperate and time is of the essence there is a root/ hack that allows global/ sim functions at XDA forums and should be easy to find if your so inclined.
