Now that gestures are supported on Nova launcher with One UI 2.5, I see no reason to stick with One UI launcher.

No Google feed? No deal. If OneUI had Google feed instead of the crappy Samsung daily or whatever that stuff is called then OneUI would have been my default launcher. But that's not possible so Nova launcher with Google feed companion is my default.

On One UI, if you have the Google search bar on your home screen, just hit the logo. The G on the left side of the search bar. Takes you right to the Discover feed. Also, you can turn off the Samsung daily screen.

I know all those but it's not the same as having Google feed. And I have choice to have a launcher with Google feed so no reason to use One UI launcher for me anymore with gesture support for third party launcher in One UI 2.5.

Nova settings - Look & feel - make sure that 'Show notification bar' is enabled.

One thing I like to add that's great about Nova, not sure any of you use this or knew about it.

The phone app I edit to make swipe to contacts app, so if you swipe on the phone app it will open contact app or tap to open phone app, same I do with play store swipe to open galaxy store or camera app swipe on it to open gallery.

Didn't know you were using Nova. I stopped with the Pixel 2XL and don't really find the need for launchers as much as I did in the past.

If you been on Samsung long time Nova was your savior lol, I switch it up though sometimes stock other times Nova. I like to customize though, I never left my mustang stock or my phones

You can't use Nova on a Mustang. Chevy and Ford don't mix.

I always sport a launcher straight out of the box (Nova Prime). I have yet to encounter any stock UI that is suitable for my liking.
