I'd love an HTC One (I know I can't choose...). I've already got a Nexus 5 and could use a fresh face on Android. I understand that Sense is more understated now, so I might be able to stomach it.
I'm remembering my friend's HTC Inspire with the bubbly gradient glab blah Sensey wensey UI. Ugh. All android phones (even Samsung, dare I say) look pretty nice on the UI side these days.
