im currently stationed at FT Polk louisiana funny and im always tellin my soldiers about android devices and three out of the five in my section have just converted over .... there arent any places within 50 miles to even purchase a sprint device all of us have to drive to other cities just to do so...others in my battalion always come to me for advice on thier phones but thats because im commo and they think im some cell phone guru ( thank god for AC ) LOL..

the epic is a BEAST im gonna try to fennagle my way into getting one one way or another

I could use an Epic for my Wife. Our 10 year anniversary is coming up in Sept (the 17th I think...hey, I'm a guy, I don't remember dates). Anyway, she hates her current phone because it does not have a physical keyboard. She can't type at all, she is miserable and doesn't text anymore, doesn't write e-mails, etc...
I feel so bad because I picked the phone for her. An Epic would really make her day, and mine too.

I have an evo. And I jumped here from a touch pro 2...i love it,but man I miss my keyboard.

So a little more cpu pop and a keyboard would be epic. I like the 4.3 but dont think 4.0 will be much different.

This would really help me make the switch to Android. . .

I'm a BB user, soon to switch to a smartphone that can keep a better pace with technology. I've been looking at the android phone and recently thought they it might be the best direction for me to take all the phones we use.

Now touch screen is good, keyboard is good, solid OS is great, 4G makes tips the scale.

Getting this phone makes it a quicker switch as that's one less phone I need to buy. Besides, who wouldn't appreciate $499 smartphone at no cost? well aside from the 4G fee with sprint . . . . . I'll take it.

After nearly a year suffering with the Samsung Moment I think I DESERVE a new phone. Unfortunately, Sprint disagrees, despite the fact that I am on my 5th replacement for this phone! So hopefully Android Central will save me and the Epic will be a Samsung phone that works!

Reasons why I would love to win a Epic:

1. I played with the EPIC at the Sprint store and got a boner in front of the entire store.
2. I have already sold my Evo in anticipation of somehow getting my hands on a Epic.
3. I am now using a Samsung M330 and everytime I slide it open to answer a call somewhere in the world a baby cries.

Win epic 4g

I am still on the fence as to should I get the epic or the evo. I love that the evo stands out in a crowd but the epic has better battery life and is a better gaming machine. I plan to go to my sprint store and check out the keyboard to see if my sausage links can type on them.

Yeah that's what I hear too, and the physical keyboard seems great on this phone. I played with a dummy phone @ Best Buy... keyboard is really tight.

Sprint has two great phones out now that can hold up to the best out there if not beat them... the epic looks like the phone to have for gamming!. I think it might be better than the apple product!!!.
