I'm for both the screen and the processor ! I'm waiting now to see wich european country settles the first 4G network!
The thing I'm most excited about is being able to easily develop apps for my new Evo. I'm currently slinging a Palm Treo Pro, and developing for Windows Mobile is difficult and expensive. Android + Java = happy me.
Heck, with Android's integrated scripting environment, I can do development for my phone on my phone. Android + Python = extra-happy me!
(Not to mention Google Sky, an autofocus camera with such high resolution I can use it as a portable scanner, front-facing camera so I can Skype, etc. etc. etc...)

world domination with the evo
id like the abillity to over throw a small nation who doesnt want world domination in the palm of your hand and the 4g speed i could do it with out being caught and with a 4.3" massivie screen i would habe to strain to see it or i could put my truimph right on my plasma with the hdmi output

Everything about this phone is just great. But if I have to narrow it down...it's a massive screen + android.
I would love to have this phone, it has all the specifications I need at work and at school! Its better than the iPhone in my opinion! Please count me in on this contest! *I hope I win!*
The massive screen and video conferencing to be able to actually see my son face to face in a conversation when I have to travel. Have to add the Android software. Since I am a first time user, it will force me to visit this site more often for info 
I am all over the video conference call as well as the HDMI-out. This will be the hottest phone of the 2010.
That huge 4.3" screen and the 720p HD camera excites me! No need for a camcorder at my son's ballgames!

the super fast 1Ghz Snapdragon chip is what I'm interested in the most. That's so much faster than what I have now..
I just switched to Sprint and would love to grab an Evo. After using the iPhone on AT&T the Evo has exactly what Sprint has been missing in a phone. A large capacitive 4.3" LCD screen, 8 mega pixel camera for recording HD video. This thing will blow the current gen iPhone out of the water. Add in the front facing camera, which will enable video calling over Skype or another service, and I will be contacting family that just moved to Australia everywhere!
I am most excited about the 8 device Hotspot but equally excited about the 4G capability (even though we wont get it in the SF Bay Area until later in the year), the 720p HD video recording and HDMI-out.
