The thing I'm most excited about is being able to easily develop apps for my new Evo. I'm currently slinging a Palm Treo Pro, and developing for Windows Mobile is difficult and expensive. Android + Java = happy me.

Heck, with Android's integrated scripting environment, I can do development for my phone on my phone. Android + Python = extra-happy me!

(Not to mention Google Sky, an autofocus camera with such high resolution I can use it as a portable scanner, front-facing camera so I can Skype, etc. etc. etc...)

id like the abillity to over throw a small nation who doesnt want world domination in the palm of your hand and the 4g speed i could do it with out being caught and with a 4.3" massivie screen i would habe to strain to see it or i could put my truimph right on my plasma with the hdmi output

I just switched to Sprint and would love to grab an Evo. After using the iPhone on AT&T the Evo has exactly what Sprint has been missing in a phone. A large capacitive 4.3" LCD screen, 8 mega pixel camera for recording HD video. This thing will blow the current gen iPhone out of the water. Add in the front facing camera, which will enable video calling over Skype or another service, and I will be contacting family that just moved to Australia everywhere!

I am most excited about the 8 device Hotspot but equally excited about the 4G capability (even though we wont get it in the SF Bay Area until later in the year), the 720p HD video recording and HDMI-out.
