Definitely a 6P, for several reasons. Main ones would be the screen size, speed, and camera.

I would definitely go for the 5X. I prefer the size, and it is the Nexus experience still. Fast OS updates, unlike my current Droid Maxx, and the 5X has everything I need and want, such as a decent amount of RAM and a fingerprint scanner.
