I'd want the Nexus 6P for a lot of reasons. I'd rather have a 5P, but the 6P has a lot of the things I want like a great display, big battery, etc.

I would have to go with the 6P on this one. They're both great phones, but I'm a big fan of AMOLED screens. Can't go wrong with the extra processing power either, I just wish OEMs would stop focusing on shaving off an extra 0.25 mm every year and just make one with stellar battery life.
