I would go with the 5x...I have a Nexus 6 and sometimes I feel that it is too big.
My biggest worry is that I don't know if I can go back to a smaller screen.

I would have to go with the 5X. This phone seems a little easier to handle with the smaller frame and the glass piece on the back of the 6P kind of scares me.
