It would be a hard choice, but I would go with a Nexus 6p.

I ultimate prefer the size of the 5x, but the wow factor of the 6p is just impressive. I've had a Galaxy Nexus, and a Nexus 5...I held off on the 6 for good reasons. However I played with a 6p at a store and it just feels "right". Big but not too big, and just seems to ooze quality that none of the prior Nexus phones ever had.

I'd like the Nexus 6P. It looks much better than the 5X and I have big hands so its easier for me to use a bigger phone. I've also been a user of phones made by Huawei for a long time now.

Personally I would prefer a Nexus 6P because I love my Original Nexus 6, however I'd like to get my wife on Project Fi and she does not like a bigger phone so the Nexus 5X would also be nice.

I'd go with the 6P even though I have concerns about it being too big because (and I might be remembering incorrectly, but) the 5X doesn't have an SD slot.
