Nexus 6P would be my choice, simply because as an Android app development workhorse IMHO it would work superior to its little brother 
Nexus 6P all the way - why? Well, for the longest time I always avoided getting Nexus phone because I never felt their specs were up to par but the 6P finally has something I yearn for - a great camera, great build, great battery and an awesome vanilla Android OS. The thought of being able to have a clean Android experience excites me - I've been with Android for 8 years and I have no intention of switching to anything else anytime soon.
On top of that, I haven't been able to purchase a new phone because my fiancee and I are planning our wedding so all money goes to that.

I'm super interested in that 6P, as we're currently making a new game that would really benefit from the hardware. Can't talk about that though!
I would so enjoy winning the Nexus 6P - it would allow me to use Marshmallow and the pure Android experience. Thanks!
