6P definitely!!! I recently upgraded to a 2015 Moto X (thanks to a Amazon daily deal!!) and now I look at my 2013 Moto X and it looks like a little toy. It took a couple of weeks but I am now a member of the large phone club.

Reason why: Geez, where do I begin? For starters, my 2 year old Nexus 5 has served me well; however, it has paid it's dues. The nexus letters peeled off the back, there is a chip at the bottom right corner of the screen. My 130 pound Rottweiler loved the phone so much he decided to grab it and put some sick teeth marks on it. I think the 6P would be the next logical upgrade... plus the fingerprint scanner would keep my fiance from going in and screwing with my fantasy football team - cost me the championship.
