I have a second generation razor which is broken. Everytime I open it up it over extends and is hanging by the ribbon cable for the screen. I tried using super glue but that didn't hold. So now I have a couple of pieces of fishing line holding the hinge together so it doesn't fall apart. I was trying to make it last until July when my contract expired but then Verizon opened up all of the old Alltel contracts for renewal. So I am getting a new Incredible on thursday, but would love a free one! To make matters worse I had an old Palm Tungsten which I used for work. 2 months ago one of my coworkers dropped it and the screen broke. I really need a smart phone to replace these 2 devices.

I am using a sorry, old Storm 1. It is a piece of crap now. I have to honestly say I did like some aspects of the Storm when I first got it, and it was an upgrade from the Dare I was using, but I have to reset this phone at least 3 times a day. I do have a healthy # of apps on it, but have had to take some off just so I could get down to 3 resets a day. It's completely annoying. I would love to have a phone with a great browser and the ability to handle all the apps I want to get...which was limited on my Storm in both aspects. So I hope I win The Incredible so I can become one with my phone again...something that has escaped me for a long while. Thanks!

Using the LG Dare, sucks! The touchscreen is resistive and it has problems with the inputs so there are many times where I have to reinput text because it is very unreliable.

I am currently using a refurbished ln envy2. The original envy2 was replaced because the portion where the charge port was connected internally broke off and the charge port fell inside the hole. my current phone seems to be in need of replacing as well. the phone at times charges better with car charger and other times with wall charger. the screen is getting just as scratched as the previous phones. I have no internet connection. the screen doesnt convince to want to do anything more then text on it. I am currently paying for VZ navigator cant wait to get smartphone and use google maps and navigation to get rid of VZ navigation. Bluetooth dont use with this phone. when phone in pocket it tries to call people having the lock in place. everyone keeps telling me to join the 21st century by getting a smartphone....lol....everyone keeps asking me if I have a facebook and twitter account to message me and have it sent to my smartphone and I have to repeated tell them I dont have those options on my phone because of lack of internet and small screen size on phone. Well thats all i can think of that going on with my phone. Hope I win...lol...have a good day everyone

I currently have a Treo 755P and have been waiting for the perfect replacement phone; the Icredible is it!

I know you won't believe this, but my sorry old phone is a Motorola Droid! When people ask me "how do you like your phone?" I resond, "It was the best phone out there, but I give it a C+. But I gave all the other phones a WORSE grade!" My Droid has lots of paint chipped off, a dent in the speaker screen, and my keyboard has always sucked . True story.

I had an ok phone...

I had an ok phone for a while. I purchased the BlackBerry Tour on launch date, and it worked well for a while, after three exchanges for hardware issues of course. However I am now too jealous of the power available from HTC and android, especially in the incredible. I have to jump ship from the Tour, RIM decided to with the rebranded Bold 9650. I also have to jump ship from RIM, as I can't support a manufacturer that forgets about a device so soon after it's release. I'm sad, and I'd love an incredible phone to make me happy.

It's sad. I've hacked my Hero so much it tells me there's no SIM inserted on the lock screen and the unlock gesture is covered with an 'Emergency Call' button.

I was so desperate to get 2.1, I couldn't help myself. I've Freshened (1.5 and 2.1), Damage Controlled and patched until I felt that I was as close as I could get to a real 2.1 phone. But alas, no amount of hacking will produce an AMOLED screen. <sniff> Or an 800x480 pixel count. <sniff sniff> Or an eight megapixel camera... <sob!>

I am currently using the BB Pearl. I can only load 3-4 apps at a time because I am always running short of memory. If I ever have more than 3 megs free, I consider that good! Also, I usually have to do a hard reset every couple of days to keep the phone semi-responsive. It's not unusual for it to take 2-3 seconds for the option I click to accept (screen change or menu change).
