The current phone I am sporting is the Storm1. It was my first venture into the smart phone arena and I was originally okay with it. Over time, the phone has slowly become a pile. I have gotten used to loading unofficial/leaked OS's and really think its time that I ditch the BB (I am not email heavy nor a corporate user). Lately I have had to do battery pulls about 4-6 times a day and still have no available usable memory. It is getting way out of hand and a new phone would be very useful right about now.
I have been on the Android bandwagon for quite some time now and have not really seen a phone on the Big Red that I have liked (Not interested in the Droid's keyboard, only want touchscreen).

ok so my current phone isnt really sorry, but apparently it is already old by tech standards . i have a droid, which is great but the incredible upped the game. my amazing 5mp camera is now outdated, my nice fast 550mhz ARM A8 is now being laughed at by a 1ghz snpadragon, and the fact that i dont have 8gigs of internal memory or flash lite hurts too. all my friends keep saying none of that is a big deal, but yall understand that a having a a 1ghz snapdragon versus a 550mhz ARM is actually a big deal. so please, hook me up with that incredible.

While I've been waiting to upgrade to the Incredible, I've been using a loaner moto razr for the last 2 1/2 months after my infant daughter used my Chocolate 2 like a hammer on our sidewalk

My current phone (Samsung Alias1) was obsolete two days after purchase. The poor phone (who is definitely showing it's age) has been washed 3-4 times (depends on if you count the short cycle as a thorough washing), has been thrown around, has survived an infant teething, has survived falls of 10 ft, survived sub-zero to ~100 temperatures, and has been urinated on. Twice. After falling in the toilet.

You could say I need another phone.

Sad thing is, I am using a Motorola Droid, which I love! But my husband is using a crappy Blackberry Storm (first gen) and it SUCKS! Guess who's always fixing it because he can't?!?

So Yeah my story?
I have the Env, that should pretty much tell you everything. The Camera fell off but it still takes parts of a picture (weird i know) and i need to charge it by takin the battery out and charging it sepratatly. SAD! I give it credit but yeh, oh yeah and for some reason it only sends every other text message and all the screw hole things are gone. And no, you even try to go on the web with this thing, it will over heat and shut off, or kill your battery in 5 minutes. well yeah, bad phone, watch my song/rap thing on why i love the incredible.

Using the Tour....wonder what a world would be like without a trackball....having to put it on standby and then rolll the trackball to fix it....what a brilliant fix for a poorly designed device....oh yeah that world would be droid incredible!!!! Thanks

the crappy phone I use everyday

The phone I have had to deal with on verizon is the blackberry storm 9530 and the phone just plainly sucks its sluggish and can never do what I want it to right, besides being those things its apps because as we all know that when you have a blackberry it has horrible memory storage and can't hold many apps besides the memory leaks and you have to re boot the phone constantly.

This is a true story. I ownED a bb tour. Had a dream that I was swimming in the ocean and I realized my cell phone was in my pocket. So I got outta the water in my dream and pulled it out, only to find it dead forever. I woke up from that nightmare and looked over at my desk...didn't see my cellphone. Walked to the kitchen, didn't find it there. Not in the living room either. So I go to check my car and I can hear the morning alarm going off. I can't find it in my car so I follow the sound and see it laying in a small puddle of water in my front yard. Pull it out, screen and sound still worked but the keyboard was dead as can be and the phone unusable.

So to make a long story short, I've resorted to using my gf's old MOTOROLA RAZR!!! I wanna pull my hair out everytime I touch a button on it, because it takes about 20 seconds to register any button pushes. I hope I win this!!!!!

The Cur-sed Storm

I was so excited to get my first Smartphone, STORM1 when it came out. No one told me after inserting the battery that this would be a daily ritual to unhose it. My experience was miserable. Sometimes I couldn't even answer an incoming call. OS 5.0 helped when it arrived. When I saw all of the STORM2 videos, I wanted it but too much time left on the contract. The week the STORM2 came out the Motorola Droid appeared and stole the show. I haven't looked at a STORM2 video since. Android OS with HTC Sense UI rocks. I want my Droid Incredible. RIM is about to lose lots of BB users, and I'm one of them.

Stuck with a 1st generation Storm (apps suck, memory leaks all over the place, crappy hardware). Would have used my early upgrade to get a Droid, however I don't want a phone with a keyboard. Nexus One was announced to be coming to Verizon, now has been canceled. Must have Droid Incredible now.
