Thats virgin mobile i believe, as that happens on stock too. I got to admit, I personally like the look of CM over sense on this device

I will download and test any roms or changes u do from now on I almost forgot it says US Cellular (I'm Virgin Mobile) and mms on mines does not work at all. i love the extra space i even did Link2sd for even more worked great installed 10 Apps/Games i can download market apps over 3G and WiFi also, I'm about to do a speed test when i have a excellent signal(Outdoors) for a d/u speed

That is because it is using the eri that I put in the framework res. Which is from the cdma desire, though meant for uscc wildfire's. It is a easy change if someone wants it. As in even though I don't see a mention of simmon saying but he isn't the only one working on it. Then when I get time to fix something he is using it in this rom, when I try him to try something.

Yep, hes right. Just go to the Eri, and rename the Uscellular in it to Virgin Mobile

You can't just rename the eri. Also be warned if you use the eri changers it write a new eri to data. Where they generally all use gsm eri's. Which means roaming indicator will be on.

Ik you cant, you got to change the US Cellular inside the eri, and save it.

how did u install the app store?? i did a .zip install through the recovery for it.

I installed it by installing the gapps zip file from cyanogen mods website and issue on occurs when I chose not to install any of the other google apps when it ask me to, also my account authorization for gtalk fails as well when I skip installing the google apps so I just installed gmail and continued with the set up and everything worked fine, and someone else already stated this but I have no root access with cyanogenmod so I am pretty sure that may be one of the reasons tethering does not work.

I asked simmon about having root permissions and he said that he did. How ever if you guys don't that could explain several things. If you want root just run my root script tool, not the s-off one.

I am the one that needs to know about the recovery also But you can post it here. Basically I can't figure out why in my script using my same build of cwm. Why the soft keys work when flashed with the script. Though using a fastboot image they won't work.

Ya its a lot smoother overall and do u plan on putting in some overclocks for it so we can get some 806mhz instead of 600mhz?

I flashed the recovery image and the softkeys work now but when I tried to create a backup file it kept either completely freezing up or rebooting the phone at random points in the backup process.

Yep i plan on adding OC support.
And thanks for testing. As for the random reboots try flashing again, as its working fine for me... Im confused on that one lol
