wipe everything, and install. It will take a long time to flash and boot but do not interupt at all

Added support in quick settings tab for wifi tether

Zipaligned the ROM for speed
(Bug: when fully charged, notification light may alternate green and red, this isnt really a big problem)
De-odexed the entire ROM (can theme the ROM now, a little bit faster)
