Dear Randolf,
Thank you for contacting our Customer Service Department.
I understand your concern completely and I really apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Unfortunately, we don't have a solid date on when we will be receiving the phone at our distribution center. The launch date for this device has been pushed back and we do not have a definite launch date as of right now. We will fulfill these orders as soon as we are authorized to by the service provider and they will be shipped on a First in / First out basis. Once the phone available on the order, we will process the order accordingly.
If you have any additional questions, please reply to this e-mail or you may log on to
www.whereismyorder.com and chat with a Live Agent. Agents are available 9 AM-10 PM EST Monday to Friday and 9 AM-9 PM EST on Saturdays.
Sincerely,
Amisha
Customer Service Department.

This is for customer service. I do not blame Sprint, HTC, or Wirefly for the delay of the HTC Evo 4G LTE. I do blame Wirefly for the lack of customer service and lack of communication. This is my second time ordering from Wirefly and most likely my last. Even Though Wirefly has had the best prices customer service is lacking. No email updates or anything. And that is unacceptable to me . So even though the prices are great customer service is more important to me.
Thank you
