Wireless charging problem with S10+

Doesn't happen all the time. Charged fine wirelessly earlier then,

Place on wireless charger and the phone starts charging. Almost immediately I get a message that "wireless charging paused", then it starts charging again. Keeps cycling through pausing and reconnecting. About every 5 seconds.

Anyone notice this happening? Has happened on two different chargers.

Do you have any case on it? Are these chargers off brand and have the right power source connected to them (some won't work properly with anything less than 2A, for instance)? Are you sure you're properly aligning the coil to the charger?

Case is compatible with wireless, use it all the time.

Connected to Anker Quickcharge 3 power sources
Dead center

I know how to charge wirelessly, been doing it a long time. I had an S8+ that I traded for the S10+. I never had this issue with the S8+.

I had that problem with my 8+ on an older charger. I think agreed the Note 7, some changes where made that made older worried chargers incompatible.

My S10 charges amazingly on my new Anker fast wireless charging pad. I don't see any disconnecting/reconnecting.

May i know what charger and pad are you using?

My guess is that the adaptor doesnt give enough power thus making the pad "cut off".

Happened to my F306 when i used my Samsung charger.

I am having exactly the same issue. Had an S8+ for 2 years and wirelessly charged it every day with NO issue. Got an S10 last Friday and the same wireless charger is doing this "wireless charging paused" message every 5 seconds.

No issues at all. I'm using the Samsung fast wireless charger that came out last year. BB gave it to me as a package deal with my s9.

My Mate 20 Pro used to have this problem.im sure it was the case or phone.so i tried my best everytime to put it in the specific location and works fine.btw what wireless charging pad are you using.
