Won't let me go from 1st page to a 'sign-up' page.

Ok, here is my issue.
I am on a page that has an item for sale that I want, but it is out of stock.
So, I click on the 'Notify me' prompt so I can get a notification, but, the phone won't send me to the sign- up page. It sort of does a little 'Ill try' stutter but ends up on the original page.
This has happened to me many times before and I have to go to my computer to get notified.

So, i know there is probably a setting somewhere that I have to modify.

Would appreciate any suggestions for a 'fix'.

Which browser are you using? Are you using an ad-blocker or VPN?

Not sure, I have a stock s9, android, no other add blockers.

Yes, just tried both and it's the same.

Can you try using a different browser? If you're not using Chrome, try that. If you're already using Chrome, try Samsung Internet browser.

Went to Setting>Apps>Menu>Default apps>Browser app> Samsung Internet was the Browser, I changed to Chrome.

Then went to Pay Store> Profile Icon> Manage apps and devices> All apps are "up to date".

Now I will see how this works.
