Xperia Play finally coming, May 26th

Good news, gamers! The Xperia Play will finally land in the US on Verizon on the 26th. Preorders start Thursday. This has been rumored for a while, but seems official now.

Is screen brightness really a big deal? I always turn my screens down to 20-40% brightness...otherwise it burns my eyeballs. I think I'm used to dark displays. I suppose brightness and contrast are more important when playing games. Admittedly, I don't do that much, but my wife is a big-time gamer.
