sorry for the stupid question I downloaded the zip file extracted it to the download folder on the touchpad and the only thing that shows up in the folder is the meta inf and system folders thanks for any help

Don't extract the zip file, CM needs the rom to be in a zip

Yep, running the most recent version which is already on top of A3.5. Working nicely, no complaints.

tried to install CM_7.1_XRONified_vB2_12142011.zip overtop of thexromified alpha 3 and now android is stuck in a boot loop... what can I do?

Changed CHANNEL on to auto but still WiFi disconnects. Any fix ? Looks like reformatting solved the sleep of death though.

The B2 is supposed to be installed on top of A3.5, not A3.0! Try a wipe, install CM7 A3.5, THEN vB2 and see what happens.

I installed this on top of cm 7.1 a3. 5 and all seems to be working fine except hulu. I it worked fine before.
I deleted flash player and went to install my modified version but it won't install. I keep getting " application not installed " I even tried to restore my backup from titanium but still no go.
Any suggestions

I have installed the XRON zip and its working well, I can definitely see the improvements. I had issues with adobe flash, air and reader. They would not open and continually force closed, so I used Root Explorer and deleted the files. Then I redownloaded and installed from the market and all is well. I also had to update the facebook app for it to work. The only issue I have left is Google Videos app. I cannot seem to get it working. I've never used it in the past so I may just delete it unless somone knows a fix for it.

Wi-Fi still an issue. To many disconnects and sometimes it is unchecked and when I check it to turn off it doesn't connect. Before we fix anything else let's get WiFi disconnect issue resolved. Other then that this Rom is awesome

Xronified has sorted every problem for me, well B1.2 did, the newer one caused problems with 2D games. Anyway did you make sure you turned off anything to do with mobile data ? That is one of the oldest solutions for CM7 on T-Pad and I don't see it mentioned that much anymore.

This is working great for me but it occassionally reboots. After the install it did it twice and now (2 days later) it restarts about once a day. Anyone else experiencing this?

I've been having a similar problem. The TP sleeps and I guess just turns off by itself. I've never experienced the "sleep of death" on any CM iteration before - is this what is happening? It doesn't happen that often, but I'd agree with snipsta about the once a day occurrence.

wow...too many issues with this. I have CM7 very stable. The only thing that doesn't work for me is the camera...it works ok for the old version of skype, but that is it.

Think I will wait for CM9!

Just installed XRONified_vB2.5_12212011.zip. Didn't do a factory wipe and so far no major issues.

One thing I have noticed is that the App store is now showing prices in $ instead of ? which I'm guessing is a location issue. Will have a look at this later as I'm guessing it's a reasonably easy fix.

Everything else seems pretty slick

Flashed the gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip file that I used with CM7 but I'm still getting a US marketplace.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Is there a UK version of the marketplace that's compatible with Xron?

I think you will need to remove the marketplace from the rom's zip file before it is installed, then flash the gb marketplace afterwards

Early days but so far looks like it has worked. Prices showing in ? now

Did a full factory reset / wipe this time so need to set Android up again from scratch but hopefully won';t hit any more issues now.....
