you are not authorized to upload a file from a mobile device

[AC Question]

Sumsung 3 email with attached Cis Unity Connection voicemail from a work phone voicemail. Select Attachment | Preview. Voicemessage.wav bar fills out 100%. Response from phone: "You are not authorized to upload a file from a mobile device".
No problem until recently reviewing the email/voice mails.
