YouTube App 60FPS option missing?

Hi all,

just noticed something weird on my N5X if I use the youtube app I'm unable to watch videos at 60fps, I've tried several videos from different channels and I see the same behavior. I checked the same videos on my Nexus 6 and I get the option to watch the videos with 60fps on, strangely I checked on my Nexus 7 2013 and it allows me to watch up to 720p/60fps even though I've seen plenty of 1080p/60fps videos in the past.

To recap:
N5X 720p/1080p
Nexus 7 2013 720p/60fps
Nexus 6 720p/60fps, 1080p/60fps

Anyone else experiencing this?

Missing here too. I got word from a couple people that it's working on theirs. Not sure what's going on. (5X)

That's really strange isn't it? I wonder who else is experiencing this and hasn't even noticed.

No word yet it seems. I've been meaning to unlock the bootloader so I'll try a fresh start and see if it clears up and offers 60fps.

EDIT: Still no luck. Even after a complete reset it still isn't offering the option. At least I'm rooted now in case there is a fix that way.
