You only get the option to boot into recovery mode when holding power button if it's included in the rom you're using (for instance, das bamf has it).

That's the thing Zero, he said he's on BAMF 1.5...but doesn't see that option.
That's what had me scratching my head....

Try this.
Fully charge the battery, reboot into clockwork recovery mod.
Delete the battery status (under advanced)
Reboot the phone, then fully charge again (until light turns green)

After deleting the battery status, should you do a full drain before recharging?

ah true. well you have to hold power, then hit restart, then select the option. obv you know that tho.

anyway maybe he didnt look closely enough? dunno

On topic: I've had good results with the ondemand governor profile with no overclocking and a Setcpu profile of 245/245 when the screen is off. The screen off profile has helped appreciably with my battery life.
