    I seen a post about turning off the boot up sound but I can find it.
    So ifnyou know how to turn of the boot sound please let me know

    As far as I know the only way to disable the boot up sound on any device is thru rooting and then deleting or renaming the boot sound.

    Unless something has changed?

    The only way I know of on stock Sense is to either have it in silent mode or vibrate only. I can't remember off hand which one works. I do remember seeing a post with it in a while back, but it could have been about anything. People tend to get off topic rather quickly here.

    Try the app SilentBoot and check the box Compatibility Mode. You can also root it and rename or delete the file as mentioned above.
