Caller ID issues

Got any call from someone in my address book and it only showed the number. After I answered it showed the name

I've had the phone since Friday and haven't had that problem, I agree with Chuck, give them a call (i bet they have you reset your phone first... got to love tech support).

i hate reseting my phone. i just got it set up. i might wait till the DINC2 works with Sense.com, back it up, then reset

actually i think its user error. i might be crazy but i thought on the DINC1 the callers name was on the pull down bar on the lock screen.

with this version of sense it looks like the callers number is on the pull down and the name is above under the picture

Install My Backup from marketplace. It will be the best $$$ you spend. Backs up data and settings and so when you reset your phone you can get everything back the way you had it.

Nope do not need to be rooted and includes applications

I sometimes have this issue on my Increidble, and it seems that it happens with contact that are outside my area code, and that I have stored in contacts with a 1 in front of the area code. Once I removed that, the issue seemed to have gone away.
