Default name of phone and SD card

When you connect your phone to a pc and select "disk drive", what is the default name of the phone and SD card? Is it "removable drive" or "removable disk" or something like that? I renamed mine to test something and now I want to change it back.

I don't think mine showed me the real numbers/names on my mac they just came up removable. Did you unmount before you hooked up?

Yep, I unmounted. When I connected the phone originally and mounted, they were named something like "removable drive" or "removable disk", something like that. Since I have an SD card in my phone I wanted to rename them to be able to tell them apart. Well, maybe I just don't pay attention, but it seems that now some of my notification sounds don't work, so I want to rename them back to what they were before I changed them. I'm running a Windoze box.
