Verizon Galaxy S3 - Go back to 4.1?

After my phone kept nagging me, I finally gave in and upgraded to the new 4.3 patch. And HATE it!

Is there any way I could either get the 4.1 back or at very least change the interface to look and like like 4.1?

Unfortunately, you can't revert to the official 4.1 firmware. The only other way would be to flash a 4.1 custom ROM but since there are no recoveries for the 4.3 firmware at the moment, that is not possible either
