This is the Verizon 4GLTE broadband router with voice for those that don't know. Mine is still stuck on 3.0. Software update fails every time.

Hmm... is band 4 in your area? If so I'd complain until you get a new one.

Most definitely. My house has bands 2,4,and 13. The t1114 can't do band 2 though.

Be happy. My phone connects to band 2 every once in awhile... 5x5... band 4&13 are 10x10 each with carrier aggregation. Go from getting 100+ to like 5 lol. I'd see if you can't get a replacement though! Definitely worth it on it. I believe you do the unlimited sim in it as well, much faster.

Band 4 here is 20+20mhz. Very fast and stable. Easily over 100 mbps on just band 4 at my house
My issue with replacement is that it can cause problems with the system since t1114 won't activate with udp

Contact the manufacturer, not Verizon

It's been over a year since I bought it
